This content is used only to provide requested educational features.

2.3 Notion Integration (OAuth – Optional)

If you choose to connect your Notion account:

• Access is granted only after explicit user consent
• Access is limited to the pages/databases you authorise

3. How We Use Notion Data

Notion data is used only for user-initiated actions such as:

• Syncing notes created in FRCR-Revision to Notion
• Displaying authorised Notion pages inside the App
• Searching/selecting Notion content when requested by the user

4. OAuth Permissions & Data Minimisation

• We request the minimum OAuth scopes required
• Access is limited to user-selected content
• No background access occurs without user interaction

Permissions are shown clearly during the Notion OAuth consent flow.

5. User Control & Revocation

Users remain fully in control.

You may:

• Disconnect Notion from FRCR-Revision at any time
• Revoke access from your Notion account settings

Upon revocation:

• OAuth tokens are invalidated
• No further Notion data access occurs

Existing notes stored inside FRCR-Revision remain unless deleted by the user.

6. Data Storage & Security

We use reasonable technical safeguards, including:

• Encrypted connections (HTTPS)
• Secure storage of OAuth tokens
• Restricted access to production systems

Tokens are stored only as long as necessary to support the integration.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade user data.

Data is shared only:

• To provide core app functionality
• When legally required
• When explicitly authorised by the user (e.g. Notion sync)

8. Data Retention

• Data is retained while the account is active
• Users may request account deletion
• Notion access ends immediately upon OAuth revocation

9. Your Rights

Depending on jurisdiction, you may request:

• Access to your data
• Corrections
• Deletion
• Withdrawal of third-party integration consent
