These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FRCR-Revision ("the App", "we", "our", or "us"), operated by Eralight Limited, founded by Dr. Gaurav Gaurav.

1. About FRCR-Revision

FRCR-Revision is an educational platform designed to support medical students and professionals in exam preparation and learning.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use the App, you must:

• Be 18 years or older
• Register for an account
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information

3. User Identity & Public Display Name

• Forum posts and comments are displayed under a public display name
• By default, this is your profile name
• You may change your public display name:
  • From your profile page
  • From the forum interface, where available

Changes apply across the platform and update your profile accordingly.

If you upload a profile picture, a small circular avatar may appear alongside your name in the forum.

4. User Content

4.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create, including:

• Notes
• Annotations
• Forum posts and comments

4.2 Licence to Operate the Service

By submitting content, you grant Eralight Limited a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

4.3 Content Standards

You must not post content that:

• Is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or harassing
• Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
• Is misleading, harmful, or professionally inappropriate

We reserve the right to moderate or remove content that breaches these standards.

5. Notes and Annotations

• Notes and annotations are personal learning tools
• They are not medical records
• They are stored securely within your account

You are responsible for managing your notes and ensuring their accuracy.

6. Discussion Forum

The forum is intended for professional educational discussion.

• Posts are attributed to identified users
• Voting reflects perceived usefulness, not factual accuracy
• Administrators may pin important messages
• Users may hide or reveal pinned messages

7. Third-Party Integrations (e.g. Notion)

FRCR-Revision may offer optional integrations with third-party services.

• Integrations require explicit user consent
• Access is granted via OAuth where applicable
• You may revoke access at any time

We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their policies.

8. Data Protection & GDPR

8.1 Data Controller

For the purposes of the UK GDPR and EU GDPR, Eralight Limited acts as the data controller for personal data processed through FRCR-Revision.

8.2 Lawful Basis

We process personal data on the basis of:

• Contractual necessity (to provide the App)

• Legitimate interests (platform security, moderation)
